Queer Meltdown & A Corner Shop Called Bonanza

Let’s get together to support this cause!

Lonely Arts Presents Queer Meltdown part one: Voyeurism & A Cornershop called Bonanza On Sunday 10th July at Haus Der Statistik in Berlin.

A day packed full of performances, stalls, music and interventions running from 12-9 pm brought to you by the FLINTA/Queer Community of Berlin.

Curated by Alizée Gavory Livranovitch and Luka Mahmuljin Udovičić, QUEER MELTDOWN: PART ONE taps into the practice of voyeurism and approaches the subject carefully yet tensely, highlighting the queer experience while showing how different artists & performers interpret the very notion and experience it in their own time.

By reclaiming the narrative, this time We, as queer people, create the voyeuristic space we want. WE take control. We choose to reveal our pain, thoughts and emotions. We feel safe with each other. We allow each other to see.

As well as performances, there will be the first iteration of `A Cornershop called Bonanza’ organised by Hannah Whitlow. Supporting artists selling their art, prints, clothing, zines and more.

There is also the chance to win original artworks and prints in a fundraising Tombola, with funds supporting Queer Trans Liberation and Lonely Arts to Continue doing their fantastic work in the creative community.

We know it‘s hot honey, but don‘t have a meltdown!

We are happy to be media partners for this event and to have a booth throughout the event. Stop by our booth, we are happy to meet you! – GAY45 TEAM
