Queer Biennale has its vision to develop into a travelling platform focusing on the dialogue between art and society in a more inclusive Europe. QB1 is projected as an international survey of current moments in queer art and culture. It aims to amplify queer, speculative, and radical artistic voices to revisit identities and queering history. Featured work includes installation, film, live performance, and historical documentation.
Vienna, Berlin, and London are the cities willing to host the first edition. The decision on the first hosting city will be taken in August 2023 when the advisory board will meet for the first time.
