Calvin Klein launched its 2021 Global Pride Campaign. Unveiled on May 26, the brand’s new Pride campaign celebrates defining moments in eight different individuals’ queer and trans journey.
Omar Ayuso, Arca, Honey Dijon, Isaac Cole Powell, Kai Isaiah Jamal, King Princess, Raisa Flowers, and Samuel de Saboia were shot by six LGBTQ+ photographers: Gorka Postigo, Matt Lambert, Ryan McGinley, Campbell Addy, Collier Schorr, Postigo, and Vivi Bacco. In a video series, they all reflect on pivotal moments in their lives surrounding their identity.
As part of the #ProudInMyCalvins global campaign, the images and accompanying films focus on different parts of the world and at different points in time.
The campaign continues Calvin Klein’s ongoing work in support of multiple LGBTQIA+ organizations. The brand has also announced a new two-year partnership with The Trevor Project, the largest suicide prevention and crisis management centre for LGBTQ+ youth.
